INSTRUCTIONS :
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper (I love this for easier removal!)
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, egg, egg-yolk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla until smooth. Sift the cacao powder and combine with the baking soda and salt, then stir into the wet ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and dark chocolate, and carefully transfer to baking dish using a rubber spatula, and smooth mixture out evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-22 minutes or until center appears set. Brownies will firm as they cool. Do not overbake!
- Let cool completely in the baking dish (at least 1 hour) before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy!
