Grilled Chicken Marinade Recipe

If you're marinating chicken, you don’t got to season the chicken again. Traditionally, seasoning chicken is completed just before grilling. Dip the pigeon breast or drumsticks or thighs in juice then coat them in your choice of herbs and spices. Then, grill on each side until fully cooked.

The rule of thumb is that the the flavour will become deeper and stronger the longer you marinate chicken. If you favor mildly flavored chicken, marinate for less than half-hour. If you wish very flavorful chicken, marinate for extended (max: 24 hours!).
