Here's a simple recipe for making delicious carrot juice:
Ingredients:
5 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup water (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
If the mixture is too thick, add 1 cup of water and blend again.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note: You can also add a sweetener of your choice, such as honey or maple syrup, if desired.
