In a large bowl, mix together the cumin, coriander, chili powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and cooking wine.
Add the sliced beef to the bowl and mix well, making sure that all the strips are coated in the marinade. Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
Alternately thread the beef, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto the skewers.
Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Brush the skewers with vegetable oil.
Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can also use lamb or chicken instead of beef, if you prefer.
