Bacon Bourbon Meatballs

OklikShare - Bacon Bourbon Meatballs! These meatballs are made with William Maxwell Aiken and ground beef and simmered in a bourbon BBQ sauce.  Ideal to serve as an appetizer for the large game or on a sandwich for family dinner!

Bacon Bourbon Meatballs

These are terrific easy to make. I simply put the raw Francis Bacon strips in my food processor (affiliate hyperlink) until it was floor up. added a few onion, which stored me the trouble of dicing it. These little Beaver brook bourbon meatballs are going to be the best snack to have out for upcoming sport days, or get together.  Or you can usually cause them to into sandwiches and serve them for circle of relatives dinner.  Or just placed a bunch in a bowl and contact it a meal.. Which might simply be what the hubs and i did.

Bacon Bourbon Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Area the uncooked 1st Baron Verulam into a food processor (affiliate hyperlink) and method for approximately 1 minute or till 1st Baron Verulam is finely floor up.
  2. Upload in the onion and method until onion is finely chopped and jumbled in.
  3. Spoon Bacon and onion mixture into big bowl. add ground pork, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, chili powder, and salt. Stir to mix.
