Garlic Butter Italian Sausage Sandwiches

Now this sandwich is dinner! This Italian sausage smelling sandwich and cheese will easily win the selection of eaters. it is full of hot Italian sausages, highly spiced tomato sauce, heaps of cheese and garlic butter in toast to make the exceptional meal!

Garlic Butter Italian Sausage Sandwiches

At work these days and because my husband works together loads (if now not more!), we hardly ever have time to fulfill every different.

Nearly every night time it's far rapid food, reheated or baked in the oven and on the table (which we really sit down on the sofa) in 20 mins. however sometimes, if we're fortunate, we've got time to cook together.

Garlic Butter Italian Sausage Sandwiches

Garlic butter:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup finely chopped basil
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic paste (or 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely)

Italian Sausage Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground italian sausage
  • 1 14 oz can of tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil


  • 4 sandwich or hot dog buns
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • chopped red onion and basil for garnish


  1. For the butter, integrate the components in a bowl and blend until absolutely incorporated. Set apart until geared up to apply
